Dr. Iravani attended the Cross Cultural Diversity panel discussion at the National Defense University for a second time on April 26, 2011 along with Bishop John Bryson Chane and Rabbi M. Bruce Lustig.

In his next trip to Cyprus, Ayatollah Iravani met with Dr. Gregory Reichberg, the director of the PRIO Cyprus Center to further the center’s outreach to the Middle East and Abrahamic religions and exchange of scholars, information, and ideas. PRIO – Peace and Research Institute 

U.S.- Islamic World Forum, Washington DC Dr. Ahmad Iravani met with many dignitaries and was a member of the working session “The Role of Muslim-Majority and Muslim-Minority Communities in a Global Context.” For the past two years he attended the conferences held in Qatar; however, the conference was held in the United States in 2011. 

Ayatollah Iravani is one of the members of the steering committee for the Christian Muslim Summit along with the Right Reverend John Bryson Chane (Episcopal Bishop of Washington) and the Reverend Canon John L.
